We empower clients to implement the DUMP method to Detect issues, Understand problems, Master solutions and Purge blockers.

Cate has been working with clients and facilitating groups for 15+ years to inspire insight, recognize strengths, motivate positive change, activate potential, energize performance, and elevate experience. She identifies as a queer Mystical Humorist and Life Game explorer.
Cate currently works as a psychedelic-assisted therapist on a research trial while completing a MA in Mental Health Counseling. She is certified in Applied Positive Psychology, Laughter Wellness, and Master Shamanic Reiki. Additional psychospiritual training includes breakthrough coaching, mindfulness meditation, psychedelic master plant facilitation, holistic energy balancing, metaphysical philosophy, comedy, improvisation and intuitive expression.
Extensive business experience includes 20 years of team leadership, product strategy, creative production, performance optimization, agile development and client management. She has a BA from Brown in International Relations focusing on diplomacy, game theory and win-win strategy.

BS-Free Life Coaching boosts ability to navigate challenges with a success strategy of empathy, integrity and humor. These uplifting sessions empower clients to overcome blockers and achieve meaningful goals.
We collaborate on creating effective strategy to solve problems, seize opportunities and transform set-backs into set-forwards. By leveraging your strengths, we develop a stress-free plan to empower you to flourish.
Clients can improve skills and acquire tools to set goals, create incremental plans, overcome negative self-talk, alleviate worry & stress, increase focus & motivation, find purpose, develop projects, advance career, deepen connections, deal with difficult people, handle social situations, ace public speaking, discover higher purpose and experience fulfillment.
This is an open, compassionate space to get real, be curious, observe patterns that are no longer useful and make new choices. It’s a practical, playful approach to overcoming obstacles and thrive.
We focus on recognizing lessons (especially the hard ones) to bust BS, move past old stories, access new adventures and take calm command of Life experience.
Techniques are grounded in an integrative approach of narrative existential humor cognitive behavior therapy (NEH-CBT). Counseling sessions will be available starting in June 2024 to offer support for anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, substance use issues, relationship problems, identity exploration, and psychospiritual support.
